Arkan El-Seblani is specialized in supporting democratic governance reforms, with a focus on anti-corruption and the rule of law. Mr. El-Seblani is currently managing UNDP’s regional anti-corruption initiative in the Arab states. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Lebanese University and a Master of Laws from the George Washington University. He has more than 14 years of experience in the UN, in private practice in Lebanon and USA, and in the Public Prosecution Office of the State of Qatar.
